There will be 4 steps to define the project in Zagros Mechatronic company. You can see a summary of the steps that will be taken at each stage.

Predesign
1) Receive ideas, comments, initial budgets, and employer requests 2) site visit, mapping, measurement 3) Preliminary design and overall estimation 4) General feasibility of the project

Engineering
1) The general strategy of plan and implementation process 2) Design and engineering of the general and partial plan of project 3) Determination of technical specifications of capital equipment and consumable equipment 4) Determination of financial estimate and budgeting of plan 5) Determine how to manage the project and schedule it

Procurement
1) Final review of the technical specifications of the product and its agreement with the updated product 2) Selection of the product from reputable and approved manufacturers 3) Purchase, transportation, testing and delivery of the product at the project site 4) Performing FAT tests if necessary

Construction
1) Equipping and preparing the construction site 2) Implementing the project according to the schedule 3) Execute the relevant HSE and ISO requirements 4) Supervise, follow up and present progress reports and project problems 5) test and project provisional and final hand over
