POE power supply
Network CCTV is powered by POE or Ethernet technology. In this case, there is no need to connect a separate power cable to the CCTV camera, and the power supply of the network CCTV camera is provided by the network cable connected to it. Meanwhile, there is a device called a POE power supply that can send power to the network cable if the devices on the network do not support POE technology.

Ethernet Extender
Network cable (Twisted Pair) can transmit signals up to 100 meters away. When the data transmission distance on the network cable is more than 100 meters, we use the Ethernet Extender device to prevent attenuation or signal destruction.

NVR device
The NVR receives signals from all network cameras and allows them to be managed, displayed, and stored. The NVR has an RJ-45 input and does not require a direct connection to all network cameras. Each network camera connected to the computer network of the monitored location is identified by the NVR device connected to the same network and receives its videos.

Display
We need a screen to see videos sent from CCTV cameras. The display connects directly to the NVR and displays the desired videos.

Network CCTV cameras require much more storage space than analog CCTV cameras due to the production and transmission of videos digitally and with the least possible compression. Movies received from network CCTV cameras are generally of higher quality and resolution than analog CCTV footage, which is partly due to the digital signal sent by them. Some models of network CCTV cameras are equipped with an SD card slot so that they can store images as much as their space without the need for an NVR.
