Ups battery cabinet:
UPS battery protection is unavoidable due to its high price and the functionality of the emergency power supply (UPS). This can be improved by using the right UPS battery cabinet. Also, the batteries will have a bad effect on the appearance of the place due to the size, number, and method of cabling. The Ups battery cabinet is a metal frame that protects the batteries inside it against physical damage, and unrelated connections. The battery cabin makes cabling professional and preserves the beauty of the area.
Battery cabinet uses:
To protect the batteries of UPS devices in the home, store, company, factory, laboratory, hospital, industrial and other environments.
Battery pack:
In most cases, connecting many numbers of low-capacity batteries is difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, it is recommended to use the battery pack in such cases.
UPS battery:
There are basically two types of UPS batteries: nickel cadmium battery and Lead Acid
Sealed Lead Acid batteries:
Such batteries cannot expel gas or leak acid due to their physical or chemical structure, and the acid is completely inhibited in such cases. The advantages of such batteries include, for example, Maintenance-free. In other words, there is no need to maintain and service them. Another use of this type of battery is in deep discharges.
Types of UPS batteries:
There are two types of UPS batteries:
nickel-cadmium battery and lead-acid
Nickel-cadmium or NI-CD cells are best used in low voltage devices or devices that need to withstand adverse environmental conditions. Nickel-cadmium batteries are more expensive than lead-acid batteries and are environmentally friendly.

Lead Acid batteries are the most common type of battery used in modern UPS systems. These batteries can be divided into three categories:
Batteries need maintenance
These batteries are the main examples of Lead-acid batteries that produce gases during charging and discharging. That's why these batteries need to periodically add water to the electrolyte.
Batteries without the need for maintenance
This type of Lead-Acid battery is a type of wet cell battery that does not require adding water during its useful life.
Batteries without the need for maintenance and (VRLA)
These types of batteries are the most common form of UPS batteries. The term sealed in these batteries means that the battery only releases gas if the cell is discharged due to charging or operating at high temperatures. Pressure control valves only open under high internal pressure. The valve's VRLA battery effectively controls the production of gases, and the reassembly of the gases in it allows more than 99% of the gases produced to be reused. These batteries have a low-pressure ventilation system so that they can automatically remove excess gases. This sealing method ensures that there is no leakage of electrolytes from the terminals or valves.
Battery maintenance primarily involves checking the battery charge level, adjusting its water. Because these batteries are without the need for maintenance and do not require water, however, today battery manufacturers prefer to introduce this type of battery as low-maintenance batteries, to ensure Periodic inspections are performed during battery operation.
